Publix, March 31

Should have been $3 cheaper, but still a great price for all of this! Spent $34.79 and saved $94.89!

My Trip to Rite Aid, 3/31

Today at Rite Aid, I bought 1 gallon of Mayfield whole milk, 1 loaf of bread, 6 packs of Stayfree pads and an Omron blood pressure monitor for $14.81!!!
I don't really need the blood pressure monitor, but since it's regularly $49.99, why not? I'm sure someone will need one, and then I'll be prepared!
And I have $10 in up rewards for my next purchase, 3 "$3 off $15 purchase," and a 10% off anything in the store pass! Isn't couponing fun?

My Sunglasses!

My sunglasses came in the mail today- 9 pairs for $30. And 6 covers for a couple dollars more. I'm no expert, but they look pretty nice to me!

Recently and upcoming in my couponing life ...

I never thought couponing could be so much fun or so rewarding.
In the past 2 days I've spent $13 and saved over $90.
With the great sales this week and next, I'll earn $97 for shopping. Not save, earn!!!! I can't wait to go and pick out whatever I want to bring my balance up to $0!!!
I'll have 200 pounds of dog food (8 months for my doggies), 100 bags of saffron rice (which might not happen, but we'll see) and I'll be donating 2400 bandaids to local schools, friends, and family. The people at Publix are so friendly and willing to work with me to preorder things!!! I'm thinking I might even make another order of bandaids in April to donate even more.
It's so crazy to think that you can actually earn money for buying things, but for whatever reason this happens, I consider it such a blessing for my family.

My Trip to Rite Aid

Today I paid a total of $7.27 (of which $3.74 was tax) and earned $9 to spend on my next purchase. Plus, each of my 4 receipts (I broke up the purchase) had a "$3 off when you spend $15" survey coupon. Thank you Connie and Charles! You make Rite Aid fabulous!!!

My trip to Kroger

Total savings: $49.05. Total spent: $3.29!
Not bad for 14 boxes of pasta, 1 mustard, 1 coffee creamer (for a friend- it was free), buitoni pasta, 5 6 packs of Danimals yogurt, and some free baby carrots!

Today at Publix

At Publix I spent $19.26 and saved $57.15!
I don't really need 9 boxes of Raisin Medley cereal, but I was thinking I might donate it since I only paid $0.85 a box and don't like raisins that much.
I'm beginning to think I might donate the bandaids, too. I know I already have over 100 of those samples, but I make money to buy them, so why not get them?

Today at Walgreens

Today at Walgreens I spent $21.95 for:
96 diapers, 2 65 count sensitive wipes, 3 candy bars (for the price of one), and got a free umbrella stroller! I haven't opened it yet but it looks cool!!!
They have a sale (until tomorrow)- buy $25 of baby items and get a free umbrella stroller. So I bought 1 thing of diapers and used a $3.50 off coupon, and I used 2 $0.50 off coupons for the wipes. ($20 +$2.50 + $2.50).
The candies were B2G1 free and I had a facebook printout for a free candy or soda.

Double Buy One, Get One Free = 2 Free Things!

There's a coupon in the upcoming inserts for buy 1, get 1 free Right Guard Body Wash or Deodorant. If you use it at Walgreens (which has them B1G1 free, too), both will be free!!!

How I Do It

The steps for my couponing process are at the bottom of this blog, but, really simply, I buy newspaper inserts from www.wholecouponinserts.com on Saturday night and use www.southernsavers.com for EVERYTHING!!! This website is my couponing bible. They have upcoming sales listed for just about every store, and list the coupons you can use with those sales to stock up on things while they're cheap (or free)! You can even click on the items you want to buy and create a shopping list with coupon match-ups included!!! It's so great!
And there's a bar on the right side of the screen that has any site updates. Any free samples or really great deals will show up there- I usually check the site at least once a day to check for more free stuff!
Oh, and it has links to the online coupons you need to print to get best prices. So easy!

My Kroger Trip 3/7 receipt

79% savings! This, I think, is by far the most I've saved in one shopping trip! And I didn't even have coupons for the bread or lunch meat.

My Kroger Trip 3/7

I used my "Deal of the Day" coupons to get the toilet paper and Bounty paper towels for free!!! That's $37.98 saved!

Lexi helping Mommy put everything away! (kinda)

Do you love her "omg I'm caught" face?

Today's Deals

I got the free Kroger "Deal of the Day" today- free Bounty Paper towel, 8 roll or larger! Yay! And my free samples of the three new cheez-it flavors came in the mail! Good day for couponing! In a little while I'm going to go to Kroger and buy all of those free things I've been collecting on my Kroger e-card. Hopefully everything will ring up free and I won't have to hassle with the manager. But it is Kroger ...
